Arto Järvelä (born September 11, 1964 in Hattula, Finland) is a Finnish fiddler. He has played in several Finnish folk groups, including , , , Ampron Prunni, Koinurit, , , The Helsinki Mandoliners and Erik Hokkanen & Lumisudet. Arto is also a teacher at Sibelius Academy's Folk Music department in Helsinki.
